Halfway through, you’ll receive a personalized video breakdown of your progress. We’ll show you what’s working, where you’re getting stuck, and exactly how to adjust so you can stay on track. This isn’t generic feedback—it’s targeted coaching based on your actual data.

A 15-minute wrap-up consultation
At the end of the 9 weeks, we’ll meet again to review your progress, celebrate your wins, and build a sustainable plan for the rest of the year. Because the goal isn’t just to finish strong—it’s to stay strong.
